On Aug. 24, wounded, 18 year-old Luis Freddy Lala stumbled to a highway marine
checkpoint in Tamaulipas, Mexico, and alerted the authorities of what he had witnessed and survived. Lala led the Marines to a ranch, where they found 72 massacred bodies of Central and South American migrants just 100 miles from the U.S. border. Full Story
