Brazilian Consulate In Hartford
NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED TO RECEIVE SERVICES AT THE ITINERANT CONSULATE
Those interested in receiving services at the Itinerant Consulate are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. An employee of the Consulate will be handing out numbers, which can be limited due to the volume of service. Therefore, try to avoid arriving there at the end of the session. If the demand is too high, the waiting period will be longer. If you do not wish to wait, you can set an appointment to go to the Consulate-General of Brazil in Hartford.
Due to past experience of high demand for services at the end of the session, the Itinerant Consulate hands out numbers between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. allowing everyone to be seen before the end of the session (with a break for lunch). We recommend that you arrive at the location between those hours to allow for adequate service.
Fill out the passport form at home
To expedite service when coming to the Itinerant Consulate, when it is possible, always bring the form to request a passport filled out.
