Newtown Savings Bank was recently recognized for being number one in customer service by Customer Service Profiles (CSP), an industry leader that provides research services for the financial services industry. The Bank has launched its new "Onederful" campaign in celebration of its favorable customer service ratings.
CSP administers a customer-based mystery shopping program for Newtown Savings Bank that utilizes the Bank's own customers to evaluate the customer experience.
