Helping kids with special needs

Once again, the Savings Bank of Danbury Foundation has come forward to help an organization in need by awarding a $5,000.00 grant to Special Olympics Connecticut, Inc.
SOCT has an important mission to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
The grant will be used to fund SOCT's bowling, softball and basketball events in the region.
