Waterbury 2009 Mayoral Elections

In an effort to give its readers an opportunity to hear from Waterbury mayoral candidates in their own words, Tribuna invited each mayoral candidate to express their views in an unedited 600-word open forum.

No topic was off limit, however if either candidate raised questions about his opponent's record, that statement was shared with the respective candidate, who was given an additional 200 words for rebuttal (Page 27).
