DANBURY

The Housatonic Valley Cultural Alliance (HVCA) was awarded $32,500 from the CT Commission on Culture and Tourism (CCT) and through the Local Arts Agency (LAA) Partnership Program to support its efforts to promote the arts, history, and cultural resources within the region.

The award to HVCA points to the value of its work as a regional arts agency and its efforts to meet the cultural needs of the community. The funding enables HVCA to provide unique services to creative resources that encourages their sustainable growth. These services focus on professional development, marketing and promotion initiatives, and opportunities to build stronger networks.
