June Renzulli brings her expertise to SBD Board of Directors

This combination perfectly describes the qualities of the new Savings Bank of Danbury Board of Directors appointment, June Renzulli.
June is well known for her leadership and the ability to foster collaboration, shown during the merger of United Way of Northern Fairfield County with United Way of Stamford and United Way of Housatonic/Shepaug.
She held the position of President and C.E.O. of the United Way of Western Connecticut, formerly United Way of Northern Connecticut, where she worked since 1994.
She currently holds the position of Director of Philanthropy and Major Gifts for Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut.
June’s commitment to the community seems unrelenting, as she currently serves on a number of Boards for non-profit organizations, including United Way of Western Connecticut, Regional Hospice, United Way of America’s Regional Tri-State Advisory
Board, Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board, Partnership of Strong Communities and Danbury Children First.
This past year, June was the proud recipient of the 2009 Good Scout Award, presented by the Connecticut Yankee Council and the Boy Scouts of America.
June was again recognized for her commitment to the community when she was presented with the 2009 Keren Alexander Community Service Award from the Danbury Regional Child Advocacy Center, Inc.
June resides in New Milford, Connecticut with her husband Glenn. They have three grown children and three grandchildren.
