Stuffed Hot Cherry Peppers

Ever since I was young, I have loved the little stuffed cherry peppers you get in a typical Italian antipasto platter. Usually I buy them already prepared at the grocery store; however, I recently discovered that this childhood favorite is easy to make at home.
